Saturday October 17th & Sunday October 18th 2026, 9am-5pm. Weekend Students will receive light preparation work before the course, followed by guided assignments. Written practical materials will be due on Monday November 2, with the supervised Practicum taking place on November 7th & 8th.
Step into a deeper relationship with nature while learning how to guide others through meaningful, restorative forest bathing experiences.
This practitioner certification blends experiential learning, mindfulness, nature connection and grounded facilitation skills. You will explore the principles behind forest bathing, learn how to structure and lead a session, and develop the confidence to create safe, supportive experiences for individuals and groups.
This course is designed for wellness practitioners, intuitive practitioners, coaches, teachers, community facilitators and anyone who feels called to support others through nature-based practice.
During the training, we will explore:
- The foundations and benefits of forest bathing
- How to create and guide a complete forest bathing session
- Mindfulness and sensory-based nature invitations
- Supporting different comfort levels and participant needs
- Holding space with confidence, care and professionalism
- Ethical considerations, boundaries and practitioner responsibility
- Creating your own authentic facilitation style
- Practical ideas for offering forest bathing sessions in your community
This is the first pilot cohort of the Forest Bathing Practitioner Certification and is being offered at a special one-time introductory price of $444.
For this initial cohort only, Foundations in Intuition is not required as a prerequisite. Future certification cohorts will require Foundations in Intuition before beginning specialized practitioner training.
A $148 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance of $296 may be paid as two additional payments of $148. Full payment is also welcome.
