Develop your natural intuition in a grounded, practical and ethical way through this immersive two-day weekend training.
Over two days, we’ll explore how intuition actually speaks to you, how to distinguish intuition from fear, overthinking or wishful thinking, and how to work with energetic awareness, boundaries and discernment. You’ll also learn how to communicate what you receive clearly, confidently and responsibly.
This course is designed to help you build trust in your intuitive abilities without taking the mystery out of the process. Through teaching, guided exercises, meditation, discussion and practical experience, you’ll begin to recognize your own intuitive language and become more confident in what you notice, feel and receive.
We’ll explore intuitive development, energetic awareness, grounding, protection, boundaries, symbolism, discernment, ethical practice and clear communication. There will be plenty of opportunity to practise your skills, work with other participants and bring everything together in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
You can attend in person at Connected Wellness Center in Regina or live virtually from anywhere. Both options follow the same course material and include the same teaching, exercises, discussion and guided practice.
Virtual participants will join the class live and take part in exercises and partner practice throughout the weekend. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a quiet space where you can participate comfortably, and ideally a camera and microphone. Any materials needed for the course will be provided or explained ahead of time.
No previous experience is required. Foundations in Intuition is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have already begun exploring intuitive work but would like more structure, confidence and practical guidance.
